Custom Jewelry Process
You tell me piece of your dreams and it will be my honor to bring it to life. I design and build your piece in its entirety from my studio, I do not outsource any of the manufacturing. When my clients come to me they can trust their jewelry will not leave my hands during any stage of its creation. My clients happiness, satisfaction, and trust are always my top priorities.
Your ring is built from scratch so I'll need to know a few things before we get started.
Inquiry
What you are looking for? A gift for yourself or someone else, any article of jewelry can be made for a holiday or special occasion.
What size? Ring size, bracelet size, or length of necklace?
What is your budget? A idea of your budget is very helpful for me to know what materials you are in the market for; example using silver vs gold or genuine gemstones vs lab gemstones.
Detailed Request
What is your vision? Send me images, motifs, and sketches; the more details the better.
What metal? Sterling silver , 10/14/18 karat yellow, white , rose gold (more uncommon gold colors are available upon request), or platinum.
Do you have your own gemstones to use or gold to melt down? If you have gemstones from old jewelry you may use them in your new piece of jewelry. There will be an additional fee to extract and clean your gemstone(s). If you have old gold or silver it can be melted down to make your new piece.
In the market for new gemstones? I have a wide variety of gemstone and diamond dealers I work closely with. Have something in mind? I’ll do my best to find it for you.
Heirloom pearl cleaning and restringing is available.
Design Approval
Once all the information is gathered for your ring and all gemstones or diamonds have been obtained, your setting will be built. Depending on what your design calls for you, will received a digital sketch, photos and videos of a hand carved wax model or 3D CAD model of what your finished ring will look like.
At this time you will approve the design or request edits that you see fit.
Production
After finalizing the design it will move into production.
This stage can take 2 to 4 weeks.
Final Product
Your jewelry is ready for wear! If the cost of the piece is $2,000.00 or above, it will come with a complementary appraisal to forward to your insurance company.

I’m not local, do we have to meet in person?
The entire process can be completed fully digital and by mail, in person, or a combination of both!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Payments may be broken up in to multiple installments including a deposit, material payment, and final payment or into 1 single payment. This will vary from project to project.
Can I use gemstones or gold we already have?
Yes, if you have heirloom stones from family jewelry, you may incorporate them in your new ring. There will be an additional fee to extract and clean your gemstone(s). If you have heirloom gold, it can be melted down to make your new ring.
Do you repair heirloom pearls? Heirloom pearl cleaning and restringing is available.
How long does the design process take? Custom rings can take 4 to 8 weeks depending on all the details, materials, and the time of year.
